Established in 1982, we are one of the largest co-operative development agencies in the country offering free, high quality and professional support to help people create and sustain all types of social enterprises as well as deliver a range of other services that promote financial and economic inclusion.

Our services are primarily supporting people living and working in Coventry and Warwickshire, but we also operate across the West Midlands through our regional initiatives.

- Provide nearly 200 people with pre-start social enterprise support
- Work with over 100 social enterprises to improve their business skills
- Support around 25 social enterprises to successfully start trading
- Help social enterprises create up to 50 new jobs
- Enable social enterprises to secure £1 million pounds worth of investment
- Support over 650 people through our employability programmes
