The Coventry and Warwickshire Co-operative Development Agency (CWCDA) is one of the largest co-operative development agencies in the country. Operating as a not-for-profit organisation we provide free, high quality, professional business support for local people to create and sustain all types of social enterprises as well as deliver a range of other activity which promotes financial and economic inclusion. We aim to be leading advisers and consultants in employee ownership, people centered economic development and social enterprise.

The CWCDA staff team are highly innovative and have a proven track record in developing creative solutions and approaches to their work. CWCDA is actively involved in partnerships with many other organisations and agencies in Coventry and Warwickshire and the West Midlands region which allows us to address needs in the community.
